This year, I have become rather obsessed with charcuterie boards. I have used snack boards for events, snacks, and lunches for my kids. I have even used small boards for myself to enjoy during nap times or after putting the kids to bed. My favorite thing to do is to Netflix and eat charcuterie. This time, I wanted to help you create a little “me” moment with a little charcuterie and some Wonderful Pistachios. Sometimes, I will just use what I already have. As the holidays approach, I’ll start making lists of what I want to add to a charcuterie board.
What you’ll need:
A small platter
Crackers
Lunch Meat – I used Nitrate Free Turkey Breast
Veggies – I had cucumbers on hand that afternoon
Fruit – I had apples on hand
Cheese – I’m lactose intolerant, and I didn’t have any goat cheese that afternoon. But add cheese, what’s a charcuterie board without cheese?

When I plate a charcuterie board for myself, I usually just group the food by type. Especially when it is a small board.
